It's #Memorial Day Weekend and time to remember those who fought and died for our freedoms. It's also time to remind ourselves of those who denigrate those heroes that can't defend themselves any longer, for example the President of the United States; Private Bonespurs.
In spite of what Trump has been saying about the troops since the Iran invasion, I will not forget what he really thinks about those who served in the military.
The older I get the more #Christmas is like the end of a marathon than a joyous celebration. I'm just glad it's almost over. Fill me full of cookies, turn on a football game and let me nap through the rest of it.
