@omisspearl
Find me at omisspearl.com Author, blogger, dominant and occasionally community (dis)organizer. I talk about lifestyle femdom and stuff. Often I tilt at windmills. No, I will not be your dominant. (she/they) 18+ posts may occur.
Bad news, site seems to be borked as far as posting updates. Some sort of mystery JavaScript error.
Backup flowers from Silver, since the bouquet from last weekend was looking a bit wilted, and doing the quick tidy so the robot vacuum won't get stuck. #hausdomme
I have three different latex high neck blouses and a latex dress with a faux blouse with a ruffle and they are the most flattering thing to ever exist.
In planning my autumn reads for #2026FemdomBookReviewProject I have ordered a copy of "Carmilla" by Le Fanu, the original (lesbian!) Vampire story. While it obviously doesn't have a happy ending, sometimes it helps to know where you came from to know where you are now.
Oh my goodness "At Her Command" is bad. 🙃 Every three pages (minimum) it reminds us the hero was a Navy SEAL.
Another day another not having any excuse not to skip the gym. How being so blessed, in the heart of the moment, feels like a burden. But I did it, and knocked out another 35 minute swim. 😺
Tried to read "Leather And Lark" but it's too pathetic "no these are the people it is ok to torture!!!" The rest of it is graphic bodily horror that's supposed to be vaguely whimsical, which is just not my kink (that's ok) but it seems like plaintive whining these victims are bad men irritates me.
"Under By Treaty" by Kayla Stonor While offering some previous century, classic Trek style whump, this book is about breaking and defeating a mean, haughty domme and calling it love. Obviously this is baffling, based on the marketing. Who is this for?! #2026FemdomBookReviewProject
Successful goth craft market adventure to Puyallup results in acquiring smol goat, enamel pins and an indie Romantasy I am assured is Femdom Adjacent and marketed with a handsome bound fellow sticker.
Gave the main room a long overdue vacuum/mop. Emmaline does a twice weekly once over that doesn't include corners, baseboards and tight spaces. I am told that foreign made robot vacuums will be restricted until they can demonstrate better privacy as they do need to map your house to function.
Travels in Washington with @strainedsilver.bsky.social . Compliment magnet dress suitable for prolonged intermittent canoodling, lobster bisque by the sea. ⛵ 🦞
Just the nature of where we put lines of what is/isn't Europe is itself arbitrary. And for the history of the region it is actually *more* plausible than some lady of say, British heritage, given who the Greeks at the time interacted with more.
Clip clip clip The Regency dress has a green under skirt, which because I hate ironing I sewed with a scallop edge. This means cutting it after, into a wavey shape following the stitches.
A few sewing peeks. The reticule has a pocket for the pistol, while the dress is made from an Ikea duvet cover + cotton sheet for the under layer. The floral pattern is honestly close to period.
Slowly assembling my reticule. Decided on of the ribbon was a good idea for trim or not. Not shown, pistol pocket.
Easter dinner, rack of lamb. The morning activity was hiding chocolate bunnies for him and then thrashing him soundly. Then he helped me with some sewing and we went for a walk. Now, dinner. #ScenesFromAFemdomMarriage
At the hotel, exhausted but following my be more high maintenance when I travel habit. Little half socks to moisturize my feets.
Pro tip! If your female lead sounds like something a terminally divorced man would type into a forum for passport bros about his ex wife, this is not something dominant women are looking for. The husbands are always these ambulatory non-entities too. Basically this meme.
So my engagement ring turned up. Silver found it. Under the car. It was smashed flat. (He got the lifetime damage warranty. We are waiting on the pickup from the repair service)
The CBC style guide choice sounds like they are surveying Canadians by province on their experience with Mexico. I get why they are identifying people that way to be relatable to how Canadians think of themselves, but in aggregate it's very odd looking.
The secret to getting one is to live in driving distance and invite me to dinner. Also @strainedsilver.bsky.social gets to eat the extras.
My purse companion is a being repaired. Does anyone else have a desk buddy/pocket doll?
