Example 1: Scene Analysis

MCP can be used to programatically analyze the scene for performance bottomnecks. Take for instance the Classroom demo file:

This scene is one of the Blender benchmark files. The reason those files are in the benchmark is because they are a good representation of real production files created by artists. And it is no surprise that it can contain objects prone to be optimized.

While checking for polygon count is often enough, even more interesting is to plot the number of polygons based on how big they show on the final render. This can be obtained with the following prompt.

Analyze the scene and list the outliers: objects with highest polygon count but smaller size from the camera point of view.

The plotted resulting data shows clearly two objects which stand out from the rest: alphabet and coat 1:

The alphabet object has 20k polygons. Because of its flat disposition it could be replaced by a texture with little downside to the final result. The coat 1 object has 37k polygons due to its Subsurf modifier. Lowering the subdivision level could alleviate the scene, if memory was the bottleneck in your system.

From the Blender announcement (not whatever Anthropic says): There are no strings attached that force Blender devs to work on AI stuff. Some of them have worked on AI stuff because they wanted to but not out of some contract requirement.

A point in breakfast's favour is this note from the recipe article suggesting an alteration adding bacon for a breakfast specific variant.

My version is less sweet than the gyeran-ppang I had in Korea, and I also added mozzarella cheese. This recipe calls for milk, but you can replace milk with water. I can imagine some of you are looking at this recipe and thinking of adding bacon to make a breakfast gyeran-ppang. Good idea!

I would generally agree with you but they are using a well defined CLA. Specifically it's the Harmony Individual CLA with Copyright Assignment Option 5. Harmony Agreements have clarifications on their FAQ for this as well: www.harmonyagreements.org/guide

Okay I'm actually going to give Jeffries credit here. He's actually proposing a reasonable thing and trying to get it put in because the federal government is incapable of investigating itself. Specifically he is requiring the CR include wording granting local and state authority to prosecute ICE.

Jeffries also stipulated that there must be language in any new DHS bill empowering state and local law enforcers to conduct their own investigations, and perhaps bring their own charges in cases of alleged misconduct by DHS officers.

“Those investigations cannot be conducted independently by the Department of Justice or by anyone closely associated with the Trump administration. They have no credibility to investigate anything,” Jeffries said. “And so, state and local law enforcement should explicitly have the authority to investigate crimes that are committed by DHS agents in their state and local jurisdictions.”

@burningtree I didn’t say “obvious blackface”, I said it looked like blackface. Cause it does. Especially in the context of antagonizing a community of black people. You really need to stop using the “I’m European” as an excuse for your extreme ignorance. You’re capable of learning about the experience of people outside your country/region. If you lack even the basic understanding of racism within the United States, you should have stayed out of the conversation cause you clearly aren’t knowledgeable enough to participate. Not knowing about something as basic as blackface while attempting to tell Rudy what he should be doing is incredibly offensive. Stay in your lane, read the room, and maybe pick up a book to educate yourself before giving unsolicited advice to a community you yourself admit you know hardly anything about.
