Last week, hundreds of people came together to talk about the Ford government's attack on local decision-making in Muskoka. The Ford government will bend all the rules for spas, hotels and private jets. When it comes to building homes or paying healthcare workers, they're MIA.

Was great to see folks from all over at our Summer Social last night. Learning about beer-making, chatting about local food and making a plan to protect Ontario's farmland. Can't think of a better way to spend a beautiful summer evening.

Right now, there are 190 wildfires burning across Ontario, and over two dozen communities have been forced to evacuate. We need to increase funding for both emergency response and preparedness so that our crews have the resources they need to plan for the season before it starts.
