In the linked infographic you can't find that 2023 values for "Other human activity" -0.63 W/m^2. Figures 3 look also fairly similar.
It is very useful and something one otherwise has to calculate. But in the title "years until exhaustion at each target" does set a framing. As does making "more headroom" green in the table below. Green is actually the more dangerous area.

I don't know much about the process and the politics but it took me seconds to find CMIP rules, conflict of interest policies and when decisions like the following were made. Doesn't seem like a super-secret society to me.
