🍽️ I stopped using tartar sauce years ago. I mix organic olive oil mayo, diced capers, lemon, salt and fresh chives (optional). We have a tradition of fresh fish every Saturday. With this sauce…so, so good. 🍽️ Of course, almost gone.

We’ve had 2 LynxPoints, both male. They were both light color like your lovely. Then they darkened. You can see how light he was here, when we first got him. Then in the “cat in a box” how much darker he is now. I thinks he’s abt 5 yrs old.
