Not usually that enamoured with NCR routes in my neck of the woods but loved a trip across Romney Marsh from Rye to Folkestone today. Rye to Lydd has a parallel path which should be kitemarked as standard design

Water water everywhere. Lots of Whyte/ Gehl-style lizarding/ cockroaching/ people watching etc places, even a shady grove. Presumably it's all privately managed by Argent St George too
