33. Rhythm Heaven Groove Rhythm Heaven's back, baby! I've wanted this game for so long and it 100% lived up to the hyper. Ironically it's the first one where the remixes feel like the weak link, but the minigames and their accompanying music are all so good, and each of them is such a joy to
32. The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals 2025 Starkid with a budget is awesome, the set design is incredible and the song arrangements are at their best, but I didn't like it as much as the original :( It feels so polished here that a lot of the charm is lost. Still a great show but something's missing
31. Talking Heads - Naked I'm shocked I didn't listen to this one before now, cause this is probably my favorite of their albums. The music itself is at some of their very best, it's very thematically poignant, there's not a single song here which didn't give me shivers. 100% worth giving a listen
30. Deltarune Chapter 5 Oh man, what a game. This chapter may have had the most gripping and compelling character writing yet, the story is top-notch and has me so thrilled for where it's going, and on top of that the art and music is more gorgeous than ever. It really feels like the calm before
29. The Amazing Digital Circus Ep. 9: Remember What an absolutely incredible finale to the series. It struck a chord in me that's difficult for me to put into words, but it had me absolutely blown away. At this time in my life, a story that's all about the endurance of hope and the importance of
This time for real! I'll be challenging myself to sketch a Monster Hunter monster every day this month :) Day 1: Great Izuchi #monsterhunter #monhun #traditionalart #mhrise #art #fanart #monsterhunterart
28. Among Us This show caught me by surprise but I enjoyed it! The animation's great, it mixes comedy, thrills, and mystery in compelling ways, I got very attached to this cast, plus it adapted the game mechanics really well. I hope Owen Dennis and co. can do more stuff like this in the future.
27. The Goes Wrong Show I swear Mischief Theatre was made for my taste in humor. Both seasons of this show are spectacular and VERY funny, I loved seeing the cast playing up their archetypes, and every episode explored the Goes Wrong idea in new and fun ways. I had a great time with this series :)
26. Peter Pan Goes Wrong I've looked forward to this for a long time and it 100% lived up to the hype. It's very funny, with great physical comedy and set design that really pulls off all the "goes wrong" gags. This show's just an fun and silly time and I really enjoyed it! Also Max is the best :)
Post some art you made from before Bluesky! I really only have this one sketch of Yugiri but I'm very proud of it :)
Zombie Land Saga powerscaling tier list #zombielandsaga #zls
Couldn't manage the full sketch today, so here's a very rough Great Jagras until I get it and Great Izuchi done tomorrow :)
25.5: Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise (2nd watch) It's even more peak the second time...
This June, I'll be challenging myself to sketch one Monster Hunter monster every day for the rest of the month! Day 1: Kulu-ya-ku #monsterhunter #monhun #mhworld #mhrise #fanart #monsterhunterart
It really is everything I could've wanted out of a ZLS movie, and it's a perfect endpoint for the series, but there's enough loose ends I really hope they're able to make a season 3 as masterful as the rest of this incredible show.
each main cast member gets their time in the spotlight (as do some fan favorite supporting characters), the humor was as strong as ever, and some of the setpieces and sequences are just plain breathtaking. The emotional beats hit incredibly hard too, the ending had me sobbing through the credits.
25. Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise HOLY HELL what an movie! This is 100% a love letter to the fans of the show, there's so many fantastic details that turn up and feel like they put a perfect bow on recurring bits. The music's great as ever, the writing's top notch and feels very well paced,
24. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak What a fantastic expansion! Though it can be frustrating sometimes, the hunts it adds are some of the best yet, plus master rank grants even MORE build variety! All around it's another amazing experience, and I can't wait to see what else this series has to offer.
23. The Fruitless Quests of Nabiu (Episodes 1 and 2 + Shorts) Absolutely delightful, both in its homage to classic RPGs and as a standalone story. As much as I love TerminalMontage's parodies, this is by far my favorite work of his. I can't wait to see more of the silly food people game adventures.
- some questionable cuts here and there, and with Netflix's shoddy release schedule I've got some sinking doubts about how the rest of the series will be coming out. Regardless it's a fantastic showing for my most-anticipated anime adaptation ever, and I'm so excited to see where it goes from here.
22. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run (Episode 1) Genuinely one of the greatest adaptations I've ever seen, and it's for the first chapters of my favorite manga of all time. Impeccable hour long special, but I don't know how to feel about it being the first episode of a full series. There's-
21. Disco Elysium: The Final Cut No. This is somewhere to be. This is all you have, but it's still something. Streets and sodium lights. The sky, the world. You're still alive.
20. The Amazing Digital Circus Episode 8: hjsakldfhl Such a great climax to everything that's been building to this point. Really looking forward to where the grand finale will take it from here
19. One Piece LA Season 2 I rarely like live action adaptations but this is absolutely stellar! It's really the costume and set design that really makes this show for me, but the casting is immaculate and every episode is so lovingly adapted from the original source. Absolutely amazing production.
18. Bits & Bops A very cute and sweet homage to the Rhythm Heaven series, with great minigames and some delightful characters. Some games have frustrating timings and a lack of noticeable cues, but the positives outweigh the negatives and they don't diminish at all from a wonderful time.
17. Dispatch I've been itching for a new Telltale-like for too long. Gameplay (esp the dispatch sections) is incredible but I'm conflicted on the plot, which switches between the kind of writing I love and tropes I really dislike. Overall it's still a good time and I'm glad a game like this exists.
16. Monster Hunter Rise (Base Game) I don't know how I didn't get into MonHun sooner, it feels like it was made for me! Rise was such a good first experience: the co-op is great, every hunt feels so unique and I love how freely I can try new builds. Amazing time all around, and dual blades best.
15. ULTRAKILL: FRAUD Meant to do this days ago. Fraud is amazing, its levels are some of the most enjoyable in the game yet and the portal mechanic is a miraculous feat of programming, plus the post-update patches have only made it better. The second half of 8-3 makes me want to die though.
