Widow’s Bay is the intersection of Twin Peaks and Northern Exposure
… straight people, amirite?! Less a love story, more a lust story… with horrible people doing horrible stuff to each other… like an origin story for War of the Roses… but even at the beginning of that it did feel like they loved each other… gorgeous movie tho… but maybe a half an hour too long…
… I really liked it… felt more like a sci-fi adventure movie than a superhero film… also revenge fantasy against the Epstein Class…

I had low expectations going in, and even those weren't met. So many great actors turning in such bland performances. Contrived plot and inane character actions… While trying so very hard to be poignant but coming off so hamfisted it becomes laughable. Listen Linda. The bootiest boot.
