I’m curious about your thoughts on this.. I find music theory and most exercises I’ve come across utterly boring tbh 😅🙈 How do you approach learning it? My goal is to write music more fluently without having to spend too much time figuring out what fits together note-wise.
I’ve made it a habit to try out more extreme settings that I normally wouldn’t be drawn to, just to see what I might be “missing” soundwise 🫶 How do you go about exploring new sounds on your synthesizer? #buchlmusiceasel #vintagesynth

Does the space you're working in influence your creativity? I’m still figuring out my ideal studio layout since I prefer to keep the gear I’m working with close at hand, which means I often need to rearrange the setup accordingly. What does your perfect setup look like?
Forces of Nature. I’m especially fascinated by volcanoes atm & in this case, by geysers in particular. Slow movements, forceful, steady, unstoppable. It’s worth remembering that we live in symbiosis with the Earth & all its creatures - & that we’re not here to rule over anything. #buchlamusiceasel
