Maybe it sounds kitschy, but Yuriel is the happiest man ever having Emmrich and there is no dream of someone better in any way. But to give it a twist, he would be very curious, if he could experience to spend one night with a younger version of Emmrich, as peers, how this would feel.
"Rook" is totally fine for him, though he feels its a name which will identify him in a certain time of his life, in the War of Banners and Veilguard happenings. In private moments with Emmrich, he enjoys to be called by his real name Yuriel, it feels like he really knows him on soul-level.
Yuriel would say its Emmrich, but he does only have one former partner to compare to: His first girlfriend Annie - though no one is to blame, she and himself were both virgins and just learned how to do it. They had a good time and no regrets. Being with Emmrich, Yuriel entered a whole new world.
