Probably this one. A bit of bashing on the models and a lot of hand blending on the wings. There are 8 more just like it.
What was your favourite childhood film? I had to dig for this one. Swiss Family Robinson was released before my time. I remember seeing it at a local children's matinee and being very impressed with the coconut grenades.
Date yourself with a snap of your first ever computer. First used was a PDP-8 at our school board. We wrote basic and fortran on card which were then batch processed. We moved on to apples and PETs in class. My dad bought me a Coco2 so I would stop pestering him to use his trs-80
"The Edge of Night" A crime drama daytime soap opera, I remember my mum watching this (in b&w of course) while doing the ironing.
Share an iconic movie or TV house or building. A followed by B. Context - In Canada we didn't get a lot of Thames TV programming so their intro card is forever linked to this series - for me at least.
Our second piece of furniture in our new (to us) house, the first was a cat tree. There are other book shelves, this is merely the most impressive. Yes there is a biography of a controversial 1940's military figure, there's one of Hitler too - both are for research.
Carmen, my little girl who made it to voting age, and Alfie - my neurotic best boy who finally got the life he deserved.
Gridfinity is a popular open source 3D printed organization and workflow system. It also does dungeon tiles.
Screw this *pointing vaguely at the world*. Here's something I made for my wargaming table. Wood store building from @warbases.bsky.social, extra bits 3d printed, base from the dollar store and leaves from birch tree seeds.
What’s a movie you’ve seen a dozen times and will never get tired of? Went the Day Well
Posting positives through mashing up posts. This caption in one post appeared above this photo in another in my feed - and they just work. Apologies to @tabletopbill.bsky.social @jewelknightjess.com and @geam.bsky.social
Posting positives, a small selection of the photographs I received from a member of our local buy nothing group. Sadly not everyone has the space or desire to preserve family history.
