Yesterday my phone told me to delete some duplicate images to save space and honestly I don’t think my phone gets what is important to me.
One of the moments in Otomo's Cannon Fodder that I can't stop thinking about is the protestors demanding an end to using toxic gunpowder in the shells.
One of the best places we went in Japan was the Naramichi Toy Museum which was full of weird toys a bit like these. I think they were very confused and grateful as to why two English people had come to their tiny museum.

In other news I just got a copy of Yes No by Jan Pieńkowski in "very good condition" and it's delightful.
I really want to double bill it with the Aleksei German version, it looks like such a vibe.
Anyway here’s a DVD of a 2008 adaptation of Prisoners Of Power/The Inhabited Island by the Strugatskys I just bought off Vinted for £1. Also still haven’t watched that copy of Stalker I bought years ago.
