I used to write things. Maybe I will again.
Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, or Alice in Chains. (what, like it's hard)
Wrapped up a short Mythic Bastionland campaign yesterday. Damn, that game rules. Very simple rules, hexcrawling focus, a trove of weird, evocative challenges for players to discover and GMs to weave into story. I'd run it again in a heartbeat. Also check out this sick Wyvern one player drew.
Reading some Hector Plasm while giving some heckin’ plasm(a). (shoutout to @benitocereno.bsky.social)
There's a theory about Knightfall - the fans demanded an edgy '90s Batman, so DC gave them one that sucked to prove them wrong. In Fall from Grace, writer DG Chichester and artist Scott McDaniel clearly think this new look and style fuckin' kick ass.
I hear Daredevil is wearing a black armoured costume in the new TV show, which is what he picked up in the 1993 story 'Fall from Grace', and that makes me wonder if the show will also have Venom and Morbius show up for no goddamned reason.
And dog, you KNOW this completely blind man is ready, willing and able to pilot an aeroplane when the job calls for it. god I love comics
While cars are his passion, Daredevil will also drive a bus or ride a bike when the situation calls for it.
As previously mentioned, my 2026 project is reading every Daredevil comic. I'm up to about 1990 now, with runs by a dozen writers, and the main thing I've learned is that Daredevil, who is completely blind, loves driving cars.
My 2026 project is reading every Daredevil comic, and after a couple of months of Silver and Bronze Age stories that range from awful to middling to surprisingly good, I've hit the 1980s and Frank Miller's run. Hey, you know what comic still blows your socks off, 40+ years after it was published?
Stop scrolling and post two characters who bring you happiness.
Finally reading @kellylink.bsky.social’s THE BOOK OF LOVE and it is, as I expected, brilliant. This extract goes out to literally every writer I know.
How rad is this watercolour by @sequentialmatt.bsky.social of Jared Stevens, the Man Called Fate? You got a comics blorbo? Maybe commission a portrait from Matt!
