The musings of a married gay misfit. 🏳️🌈 Follow at own risk! 😁. Teetotal, Greyhound lover. Reasonably harmless. I prefer to tread lightly ♻️ and live in peace 🕊️ Please don't invite me to arguments, I will very likely decline.
So true and there are many politicians, commentators, influencers and "business people" on the far right that have adopted the MAGA playbook.
Oh, it's been a night! This morning's (much needed) coffee comes in my Greyhound Trust mug.
The grammar nazi in me has surfaced again at the presence of an apostrophe in Cleethorpes. Having spotted it, I now have to resist being a total dick for the next five hours, aware there is a red biro in the drawer waiting to be used. I need to tell myself to leave it.
We're in the midst of a Greyhound melodrama here... for no apparent reason whatsoever, she is kicking off. Do not be confused by the pic, she is not absolutely not settled.
Apart from a walk early this morning, my day has been taken up reading. A birthday purchase with some book tokens I received. 🙂
A little surprised, although it does say close to Democratic Socialist. I actually thought my replies would put me further to the left.
So, I finished reading Heated Rivalry (wanted to read it before I watch it) and it had me running rather hot + other happenings! 🤭 Now for something a little less raunchy, but well rated.
Trying to shift some timber, so we have just been for a nice long walk along the River Humber (Lincolnshire side, naturally 😁), walking beneath the mighty Humber bridge.
Without stating your age, post your favourite film released the year you turned 18.
99% on Rotten Tomatoes but only 6.9/10 on IMDb. I am with Rotten Tomatoes on this one.
An early bed time for me, so the Greyhound decides to load up on water just before I get under the duvet. Looks like we'll be getting up for a wee if a few hours.
This silly sod looked at it and immediately thought of a 53 year old song by Démis Roussos. Welcome to the workings of this very odd mind of mine. 🤷♂️
Just fed the railway cat before I finish my shift at work. She hissed at me, as per usual. Here she was waiting for me behind the crossing gate last Monday morning when I arrived at work.
