Have a nice hot drink, that'll warm you up. Have a nice hot drink, that'll cool you down.
Happy #Ultraman60th. An endearing 1960s cultural icon. An alien defender of Earth. A team of human friends. A new face every so often. Crazy gadgets. Blokes in rubber monster suits. A human host who's... bigger on the inside. Erm, did Japan invent Doctor Who at the same time? #UltramanDay #ウルトラマンの日
I love you, Lovarzri, but it's hotter than a glassblower's arse out there, this is not the time to flog me an 18-foot woolly Doctor Who scarf.
I know the cover's just a Photoshop comp, but JFC, stop trying to build these Doctor Who worlds through every medium *except* TV. Give these three a spin-off. No lore or baggage. Just Jo Martin as 'The Doctor' taking absolutely no shit across time and space.
I'm always chuffed when my CPAP device gives me full marks on my night's sleep. Do I feel more rested? No. Do I feel efficiently exhausted? Yes. 🫥
Watching that biographical film about the Jacksons. I know Michael was very 'white' towards the end, but I'm not sure about having John Travolta play the part. It feels wrong.
And another one. Children of the Dog Star - weird shenanigans in New Zealand. And I can see some wonderful person has uploaded it to YouTube, so I may finally find out whether it was genuinely brilliant or my memory's been taking me for a FOOL.
Name a TV show you're positive no one remembers but you. C.A.B. - weird shenanigans in a junk shop. Thanks to people on the internet, after years of being told I was confusing it with sodding Chocky by John Wyndham, I can finally prove I wasn't.
Happy 44th birthday to Jodie Whittaker! Say what you like about the 13th Doctor (I love her), I felt quite inspired during her time and played with quite a few creative styles for the sheer hell of it. #DoctorWho #Drawing #Illustration #HOODEZFIELD
I'm assuming they'll be hosting this in Piccadilly Gardens if spice truly is the subject.
Ever since C4's Creature Feature season in the 90s, I've been a Godzilla fan. It's one of those things that feels so distinctly Japanese that I never quite trusted a US take on it. So I approached Monarch with some healthy scepticism. Unfortunately, it's very good. This is not the outcome I wanted.
