As I scrolled down through the story... let's just say I'm sure I'm much more likely to meet Nessie in real life than this lady...
English* Bitter v Norwegian DIPA. Whatever about the match, the English beer style wins this particular contest. *actually from Budapest.
I see a hand up, does someone have the answer? Oh no, my mistake...
Daring, given the fine and wide selection that they produce. That one is a rare style, but the Rustbucket still edges it for me.
I sampled two of their beers, including the Kolsch,in Kenmare itself 4 summers ago. They were certainly drinkable in those pleasant surroundings.
My wife and I treated ourselves at Christmas to a pretty pricey bottle of white wine. Saved for a special occasion, like a drizzly evening in June. What's it like?, I asked. "Interesting" says she. "Oh, as in 'may you live in interesting wines'? I responded, which I thought was pretty good.
Our milkman delivers on Thursday mornings. He is very punctual this week.

Lovely run in Donadea Forest Park. Found a track I had never gone down before...

There was one in Carrick on Shannon. It sold school uniforms and opened two days a week at most in recent years. Seemed to be closed last time I was there, but the plastic was still in place.
My lady has all her teeth, but only engages them rarely and always gently.
A friend here in the pub is giving the young lads a lesson in retro...
Actually my day has got better since I got up. Hot americano with Pet Shop Boys followed by OMD blasting away in the background... Although I'm not at the office yet, that's when it's all going to fall apart...
The one that really haunts me is Robertstown, Co Kildare. The big red house, long since closed, wasn't much better when it was open to visitors. We went on a barge trip for what seemed like 300 yards.
