Very French :) @fitzcarraldoeds.bsky.social Love the texture of the covers, and the embossing.
I was reading the first chapter of this which is a very good introduction to that first collection…. Fyi :)
Absolutely loving this. Refreshing in its construction, metaphor, its angle of incidence to the materials. In its playfulness. If poetry is boring you these days, try this.
I love the scale of the physical book, the graphics for the page numbers, The shifting layout of right and left margins … 💯% @fsgbooks.bsky.social It does help that a book is well made in my opinion. Looking forward to reading it.
Making my way though Ciaran O’Driscoll’s Moving On, Still There and refound this lovely one
Had a quick flick through this book which just arrived today. Right up my street! Have you heard of this @nemoloris.bsky.social ?
Great conversation with Maurice Quillinan last evening in Nenagh arts Centre about “how” a poet and a painter might collaborate..
It’s just two full rooms of people here at The People’s Museum Limerick to hear Vivienne McKenchie launch her new collection.
Another one from “The Brazen Plagiarist” by Kiki Dimoula, Trans. Cecile Inglessis Margollos & Rika Lesser cc @poemakontsa.bsky.social

Hard, brutal, haunted by the sounds of words and the world. Loved it. Although I read each poem a number of times, I now intend to reread the whole thing to get a sense of it as a collection.
I keep in coming back to this one. Perhaps it reminds me of early Kinsella as well…. @ravoon.bsky.social from the collection “Dirt Rich”
