Almost equally impressive on a literary level is “Daddies” by Janet Frank, a children’s book by a woman that gives credit to men for writing children’s books.
Not complaining (these are ALL great) but “Trains Across the Sea” ranking higher on Silver Jews’ top songs than “Dallas” is surprising to me.
