Last June I became the first person of Mexican descent to win the HWA's Bram Stoker Award (& only the third Latino) for my poetry collection MEXICANS ON THE MOON. June also marks 17 years since I sold my first story. It's been a fun ride. Much love to everyone and good luck to this year's nominees!
