PM 2.5 levels are extremely high from Canadian wildfires, with values well over the AQI “Hazardous” (maroon) threshold in many areas. This is very rare for our region! DEP issued a Code Red air quality alert. You should limit or avoid outdoor activity when air pollution is this high.

While the world pours billions into modern, low-carbon steelmaking, Nippon has made no such move for the Mon Valley. Clean steel doesn't just protect union jobs, it grows them. Nippon must invest in modern steelmaking that protects jobs and public health for the #monvalley
Did you know Pennsylvania gets roughly 40 inches of rain per year?! That’s a whole lot of water that can come with a whole lot of problems. Stormwater runoff can lead to flash flooding and water pollution which is why stormwater management is so important. #pennsylvania
Data centers are coming to Pennsylvania and we need strong, enforceable regulations in place to protect us from this extractive industry. Learn more about data center legislation and take action here: pennfuture.org/Data-Center-...

You won’t be able to talk your way out of this one. Thanks to the updated city ordinance - advocated for by PennFuture - Philadelphia doesn’t need to prove you knew illegal dumping was wrong. You get caught dumping, and you’re facing hefty fines. #philly
