On a related note, the vancouver christmas market appears to have slashed its prices I think we paid $25 each to go a few years ago and I swore that’d be the last time I paid $50 to wait in line for spatzle for half an hour
I’m so blown away by the Shipyards Christmas Market in North Van Tonnes of vendors, all the traditional foods, and it’s free!
Since I’m born and raised in the Lower Mainland, I’ve only ever seen a handful of white Christmases in my life so there’s a certain romanticism and excitement at the prospect of it each year This is not one of those years
