Little local touristing for #parkrun today over to Whitley Bay. It didn’t feel it with six inclines but it was quick - pre-op pace again. But my autism found the entire thing stressful - I really need that routine of a familiar parkrun, it turns out.

Off to that there London for the day with the kids to see Ride the Cyclone.

I never even trouble the first 100 at my local #parkrun so we did a bit of local tourism to the small but lovely Ashington Community Woodland and I was in the first 75!

Saw James in Newcastle last night and gosh, Tim Booth is just mesmerising. Fabulous evening.
