clinamen (v.11), installation by Céleste Boursier-Mougenot at the Park Avenue Armory in New York. Now 30 years old, the piece places bowls in three large pools of water, where they circulate and collide, producing beautiful chimes. A large moon-like light illuminates this very Zen work of art.
Somehow that doesn’t feel like much of an achievement today.
