I do *not* want to come across as defending Wizards on this one or any of the MTG stuff (I’m pretty disappointed in the Star Trek set in general), BUT in their post, they do say it’s not *just* Benedict’s depiction of Khan. Not a good look that they led with him though, either way.
Did you know you can just get the sickest books ever made from the library???
Tried to pick some of my favorite games with less than 500 reviews to share! I’d recommend every single one of these games to almost everyone, especially if you like emotional narratives, discovering rich worlds, or experiencing the depths only a game can explore.
I’ve played Amberspire and we NEED to talk about this incredible video game. Review coming soon, but I talk about the game in today’s Point to Point episode. This one is special y’all player.captivate.fm/episode/0981...
Like this game (which I am still interested in look at, because again Moon cool!) But what about scientific novelty?
A new episode of Point to Point is live! Today’s point: the Project Helix Creator Drop isn’t PR, it’s a proof of life Listen anywhere you get your podcasts: www.70percentcomplete.com/introducing-...
The aforementioned butt and also convention center staff admiring the butt. Imagine having to explain Warframe to literally anyone not in gaming
We spend a good chunk of time talking about the Avowed video with some good behind the scenes production stuff. As a complete amateur at this stuff, I like to share my busted process to show how slap-dash all of this is sometimes to encourage folks to try making creative stuff themselves!
The art for Blades ‘68 continues to be the most my shit for a TTRPG Like, is it just Deathloop? Yes. But my god did they nail it
I don’t know man. This just ain’t it. I appreciate getting your bag off the bubble, it the idea selling corporate swag AND trying to selling it as a wholesome story of two great companies feels so bad. Love your stuff Ugmonk, but this sucks
Me, literally anytime the NBC Olympics coverage mentions any reaction from the crowd, after not playing the boos at Vance
I’ve put close to 200 hours into my upcoming Avowed video. It’s a massive project that I’ve learned so much while making. Here’s the smallest look at the video before it releases later this week. Art, history, Avowed, and the politics of surrealism, all in one quaint 90 minute video. Stay tuned.
ALSO this trash is the top of the “most popular” filter AND YET PC Gamer has nearly 300k more followers. What are we doing here, Steam
Just me trying to find instructions on how to be a Steam Curator…goes to the Steam Curator page aaaaand immediately get hit with this toxic shit Steam moderation is obviously bad, but does this really need to be the poster child for the program? Woof
My favorite thing about the long tail on Expedition 33 is going to be finding more and more of their art influences. It’s a spot the difference through art history
I’ve been threatening this Avowed video for almost three months now and I’m happy to say…I’m still working on it. I’m getting close to a solid first draft, but it’s alive and I cannot wait to get it out to you all. It’s gonna be such a wild ride. Here’s a sneak peek for the curious:
The 4 games I promote the most: - Prey (2017) - “Deathloop” - The Order: 1886 (a game I haven’t finished) - Blasphemous
It is WILD to me that Nintendo is *raising* the price on this experience. Notice the message in the lower right: “Some slowdown may be occurring.” You only write that line if you know it’s gonna happen. $230 now. For a rumble-less, ancient piece of tech that can’t paint a menu in sub-10 seconds
Hey if you leave a comment on a video like this do you not know that I can just remove it? Like this does nothing.
It’s so easy to feel that games and the outdoors don’t mix. That games are for hushed tones in dark rooms. And that’s sometimes true. But it was so nice to hike 3 miles to just record a video about a video game i have mixed feelings about New video coming soon.
