Also…I finally managed to get my hands on all* the books “written by” Richard Castle! lol. I loved this show when it was on, and I had a handful of the books, but now the collection is complete. ✌🏼 *waiting on the Storm omnibus to arrive, but having all the hardcovers like this rules. 🤓

The journey of cutting out alcohol comes with a lot of big moves. That includes getting rid of all the alcohol I used to mix drinks, etc. As of today, the bar is officially closed.

Loving my new Frightrags Twin Peaks tee! Back when I lost my first massive batch of weight six years ago, I got an entire new wardrobe that was almost only FR and Cavity Colors tees. Now I’m down to a medium shirt! So it only felt appropriate to get myself a new Fright Rags tee to celebrate. 🤓
I’ve rewatched the first two episodes of the #Scrubs revival three times over already. The more I watch it, the more I love it. They really nailed the return for me, and it feels like being back with old friends. No doubt it took a big swing that some fans may not jive with, but I trust…

I’m really happy to report that the first hour of the Scrubs return was a success for me. It’s definitely a new season one vibe, so there’s a bit of finding its footing at play, and there’s definitely some twists wit the characters that you need to get used to, but I think they all mostly… (1/2)

I weighed in today at 183 pounds. I’m within spitting distance at this rate of hitting 175. Something I never thought I’d be able to do. When I started this journey, I was 270 pounds. There’s been ups and downs to get here, but damn if I’m not proud of the work. It feels so good, man. 🧡

I still have my signed copy of Warcraft from Duncan when I went to the 2017 screening at the TCL! Feels kismet to have a cat named Ziggy in a house that has Duncan’s signature.
