Another day on my fitness journey. Today’s breakfast: plain Greek yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and a powder I made out of chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. I’ve lost 16 pounds so far!

Been playing Crow Country. It's unbelievably good. Classic survival horror gameplay akin to the OG Resident Evil games with modern controls, improved camera, and PS1-style visuals. Great story, puzzles, exploration, and creepy vibes!

There are a LOT of big movies out right now, but don’t let Power Ballad slip through the cracks. Excellent film about the dark side of the music industry and rediscovering the love for art. Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas were great!
