The redaction rules are very clear (below). But the Trump Admin also illegally added redactions for political or public figures who could be embarrassed by being in the files.

It’s not just a simple release. They need to redact information about victims, classified data and material of ongoing investigations. The sum of the files is 300GB! And they need to document all the redactions. Not a trivial task.
