CALL TO ACTION: At this time, we are asking every Ohio citizen to contact Speaker Matt Huffman (614-466-6344) and your local House member between now and Wednesday, April 9. Contacts should be made by phone calls. A directory for your House member is available at ohiohouse.gov

Tell the Ohio House:

1. Don't cut Ohio's public libraries!

2. Don't cut my library!

3. Restore the Public Library Fund (PLF) to 1.75% of the GRF.

4. Include a personal story. Tell them what you love about your library and how the library makes a difference in your life and impacts the lives of others. Personal stories resonate with legislators. This could include early childhood literacy, senior services, tax assistance, summer reading and so much more.
