Icelug, a flat sheet of snow with icicles coming from their back. They're saying: "I used to be in the business of drug smuggling. That all went south when people started whining about "It's too expensive!" and "This isn't illegal you can find this at any pharmacy!" Narcs."

Their body resembles a cartoony submarine with a clear water-filled dome on the front. Inside the water is an eyeball (attached to something further inside) and some loose teeth. The submarine has a large duck bill hanging on the bottom, and two long legs coming out of a compartment in the butt.

Godot's file search. I've searched the word "happy", and a handful of sprites labelled "[name]_happy_talk.png" are listed.
