Maybe there's an extra nugget in the article I'm missing, but surely you'd be hard pressed to have a more convenient, palpable benefit than pushing the knowledge thay, had we gotten our shit together with wind and solar, then this current 'energy crisis' would be more of an oil blip?
As a podcast that should drop in the coming hours will attest, this holds up shockingly well. More game design like this in the modern era, please. Or you could just play this. The visuals have aged some (and it's visibly UE3), but even then there's still fidelity enough.

That's two what I guess are more advanced walking Sims in a row, and this was also quite good. Has a reteo-future style that I dug a lot, presumably as a result of when the 'classic' story it was based on was written. A slow burn with some really impressive sights along the way.
