Got some good scrap building practice in by filling this hollow skirt armor piece on the Psycho Gundam. Next up is adding in more detail so it doesn't look so out of place. #gunpla

Another better overview shot of the MG Ball without the twin cannon. The last one was a little out of focus, but was hard to tell on a smaller screen. I'm sure there are arcane optic reasons for it, but the higher zoom on my S26 is easier to get focused. #gundam #gunpla

It's neat that the RB-79K comes with the option for the 180mm cannon, but it looks pretty weird after you get used to the twin guns. I got a little lazy with the weathering since its a bonus part. #gundam #gunpla

This is the ugliest stage of a #gunpla project for me: the post-decal gloss top coat. Everything is shiny and showing every defect, and nothing is weathered or panel-lined. But it'll come together soon enough! #Gundam

Priming the Ball: before and after. I'm probably going to do some secondary coats for the metallic and red parts since gray isn't great for those. The gray pieces were funny/tricky, the plastic was Mr Surfacer gray out of the box. #gunpla #gundam

Enhanced my Ball with some bling. Tried out some photo etch parts I've been sitting on, and threw in some pla plate for good measure. I still need to clean up the black rubberized superglue - it seems to work pretty well, but I want to try the thinner kind since its pretty gloopy. #gunpla #gundam

Mass production isn't all fun and glory... finished all of these extra detail bits for my Psycho Gundams. It's my my first time doing this much scrapbuilding. They aren't perfectly identical, but close enough that on a painted and weathered model you wont notice (I hope!). #gunpla #ガンプラ

Printed some more photos and now have a full-on collage of gunpla pictures (plus one tank). Feels a little ironic that this is in the same room as the display case containing most of the subjects. #Gundam ##gunplaphotography
