Was visiting my Israeli sister in 1987 and admired this in a store window in Jerusalem. When I got married in 1990, she brought this as a wedding gift. My sister worked for the wonderful Arava Inst. She died 10 years ago and I miss her but she’s with me every Hanukkah.

We had no celebrities and couldn't even get press coverage, but 5 pissed off women in my CD rented a hall and brought together 150 people last night to ask why we need to turn on News Max if we hope to get a glimpse of our member of Congress. It's not ONLY about the big events!
