Nobody warned me the weighted sled was harder than it looked. I felt like Gweneth Paltrow in A View From The Top where she’s never been on an airplane and starts screaming. But after the video I took in the mirror yesterday, I like the progress that’s showing so far. Also I look great on my back. 🦴

Does being under 180 lbs at 6’1” tall mean I’m now otter? Never in my adult life have I been under 180 lbs. Also means I’m not gaining muscle weight b/c I’m not eating enough calories. 🤔 Bean & I are up studying already. Duke, Allegra, Miso, Smudge, and Bean got scrammie eggs yesterday morning.
