Well wasn't that wonderful! Such a sweet story about a sweet Kitten! That big moon certainly looked like a bowl of milk! I totally understand why she was fooled! I bet she had a great sleep after all that! Thank you to my dear fren Wilma🌈 and family for a book I will always treasure! 7/7 💜🌻🥰🐈

And when she arrived home, there was a big bowl of milk sitting on the step by the door! It was waiting just for her! Lucky Kitten! 6/7

So Kitten raced down the tree, through the grass, and took a big leap toward the giant bowl of milk in the pond! But it wasn't milk! It was a reflection of the moon and now Kitten was tired, and wet, and hungry! So she went back home! 5/7

And still the bowl of milk hung in the sky waiting! So Kitten climbed a tall tree! She thought that this would help her reach it! But no, it didn't! And now she was scared...and up a tree! Oh dear what to do? Then in the pond, she saw the biggest bowl of milk ever! Wowzers! 4/7

She next tried to leap upwards at it with all her might! But she only tumbled down the stairs a bit and didn't even reach it! Still the bowl of milk in the sky waited! She began to chase it! She ran down the sidewalk, through the garden, toward the pond, but she didn't get any closer! Oh dear! 3/7

It was Kitten's first full moon! She looked at it and thought it looked like a bowl of milk! She wanted to drink it! She closed her eyes and licked towards it, but all she got was a yucky bug on her tongue! She looked up and there was the bowl of milk waiting in the sky! 2/7

Little Critter said Dad got a bit scared but really Little Critter did and so Dad gave Little Critter a reassuring cuddle! After that they went to bed! Dad read a nice story to Little Critter as they settled into their sleeping bags! And they both had a great night's sleep camping! 5/6

But Little Critter caught it & Dad took a picture! Little Critter tried to cook the big fish but a big bear showed up and took the fish right out of the pan! Oh my gosh, Little Critter looks a bit upset! 🤭 Little Critter and Dad had eggs instead! After dinner Little Critter told a ghost story! 4/6

Little Critter found some sticks so Dad could start a campfire! Little Critter wanted to take his Dad on a caneo ride, but it was launched too hard and it sunk! Oh dear! So they went fishing off the bank of the stream! Oh Little Critter got a bite but the fish was super strong! 3/6

Our story opens with Little Critter going camping with his Dad! They set off with Dad driving as Little Critter was too little to drive! 🤭 Little Critter picked the campsite but a bit of a mean critter was already using it, so Little Critter and Dad found a new one and pitched their tent! 2/6

How super awesome is this book! Julia Donaldson is such a brilliant author! I just loves her reads! I picked one of her books tonight because it's been my birthday week this past week and so I picked this treasure which is a fave! Please have a piece of cake and thank you so much for coming! 9/9

And Nell hears all about dragons and knights and princesses and planets and dinosaurs and dogs! All her old favorites and a new one as well: a story all about daring Detective Dog Nell! 8/9

The group found themselves at the town library, full of thousands of books! Peter told Ted he could join for free and borrow lots of books all the time! So Ted got a library card and now has free access to lots of books! And Nell goes to the school each Monday to read with the children! 7/9

He said he just wanted to borrow them and Nell had an idea! The kids gathered all the books and Nell led the group back into town! The man also came along! He told them his name was Ted! Nell led everyone toward a building with big doors and they all went inside! 6/9

Suddenly they came to a wooden fence & gate! Nell barked, wanting the kids and Mr. Jones to open the gate! Inside they found a man surrounded by the books from the class! They shouted "Those are our books! Give them back!" The man looked sad & apologized! He said he intended to give them back! 5/9

Mr. Jones the teacher didn't know what happened! Nell sniffed around! She found a strange cap! After she sniffed it, Nell pulled Peter out the classroom door, wanting to go somewhere! Mr. Jones and the children all followed Nell and Peter! They traveled all through town and into a wooded area! 4/9

Each Monday Nell would go to school with Peter to hear the kids read! They all loved reading to Nell! And Nell loved all of the stories and adventures she learned about! But one Monday while walking to school, Nell smelt something strange! When they arrived at the school all the books were gone! 3/9

Our story open with us meeting Detective Dog Nell! She has a keen sniffer and has solved many crimes! For example she discovered the squirrels who were throwing hazelnuts down from the trees and how a spider got in the bathtub! She helped her boy Peter out too by finding his books and socks! 2/9

Hello everyone and welcome to #PuppyBookClub! Tonight Aha and I have chosen a book by my favorite modern children's author Julia Donaldson! "The Detective Dog" is illustrated by Sara Ogilvie and is a delightful read, so let's get started! 1/9

I just want to say that Rebecca Rabbit picking up the ball, running down the field and heaving it past Pedro Pony slayed me 🤣🤣🤣! What a fun, silly story, right? Anyways I hope you enjoyed it and that all who are loving World Cup action have fun cheering on your team! Please enjoy a cupcake! 7/7 💜🌻⚽️🏆

Danny Dog shouted because it was a goal and he thought that meant the boys won! Daddy Pig explained that the boys actually scored on themselves which meant the girls win! The girls cheered but everyone was smiling because they had fun! 6/7

OMD!! That's hilarious!!! 🤣🤣🤣 The teams begin to argue that the other is trying to cheat! All of a sudden Daddy Pig came out and said he would referee! The next goal would win the game! While everyone was talking Richard Rabbit and little George ran off with the ball and kicked it past Pedro! 5/7

The boys start with Richard Rabbit kicking the ball past Peppa Pig, Suzy Sheep, Candy Cat and past Rebecca Rabbit for the first goal!!! Peppa Pig says the girls weren't ready so it wasn't fair! Then Rebecca picks up the ball, runs down the field and throws it past Pedro Pony shouting goal! 🤣🤣 4/7

As more of Peppa's frens arrive, they realize that tennis with 2 rackets isn't going to be fun so Danny Dog suggests that they play soccer! They divide up boys versus girls! Pedro Pony and Rebecca Rabbit volunteer to be goalkeepers for their respective teams! 3/7

Our story opens with Peppa and Suzy playing tennis! Peppa's little brother George felt left out as there were only 2 rackets! Peppa and Suzy made George the ball boy but that wasn't much fun! The girls kept missing the ball, and George was getting tired! 2/7
