If you're not following me on tumblr you're missing out on some really good balsamic vinegar facts. As well as weirdly erotic descriptions of what really good balsamic tastes/feels like. It's not me, blame Modena/Reggio for making it so damn good.

The stickiness tickled at the corners of her mouth as a warmth spread out across her face, the rich wine sweetening as it dripped within her and pooled around her tongue, the enzymes of her withdrawn drool realizing the sugars full potential and pushing the ferment further down into the sweetness of the grape itself, before her jaw tipped ever so slightly back, and the warmth slicked the back of her mouth, coating a thin veneer of gentle film down her throat as she swallowed. The warmth flowed in again, and again, until her tongue could touch the roof of her mouth without one sticky strand drawing it’s thin line between them, and yet that flavor still remained, it’s sweet sugars gone, leaving behind the smell of oak somewhere deep within her sinuses, and the blooming taste of new-freed ferment singing quietly upon her breath. "

Clarification, for those wondering.

A flowchart illustrates the quoted post, listing each of three stages of cis allyship being girl*, girl, and girl*. It shows each stage with an arrow pointing to the next one, except for the third stage, which is split into two options, both of which say "girl*". The first stage says "I see you are kind of a girl, or at least I'm going along with this idea, but you are fundamentally different from cis ie. real women". The second stage says "I see you as a girl, I understand that nothing about you makes you more or less a woman then any cis woman, you are equals, or at least, I’m willing to treat you as such." The third stage is split into two options. the first says "Based on something that happened, something I’m feeling, or something people have said, I have decided to revoke your woman privileges Either I’ve changed my mind, or I always held your womanhood as conditional, you may never know, but either way you’re not a woman to me anymore. " The second option for the third stage says "Not only is there nothing that makes you any more or less a woman then a cis woman, there are also more complicated and nuanced understandings and expressions of your gender that, as a cis person, I may not realize. You are a woman, but you trust me enough to see that what makes you one is individual, and your journey through understanding your gender has yielded you insights that I, as someone who hasn’t had to reflect on my relationship with gender as a fluid and dynamic concept before, may not fully understand, but can learn to accept and appreciate."
