A very positive review of the game Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers. The review reads:

There are only a handful of games that I consider to be kings of the deckbuilding genre of games. In no particular order they are: Inscryption, Balatro, Slay the Spire, and Dungeons and Degenerate Gamblers.

D&DG is an incredibly layered and rewarding experience that requires immense strategy, foresight, and probability analysis. Each run is largely determined by RNG, however after playing enough and learning all the cards, opponents, and special events you can severely limit how much RNG makes you lose. Once you understand the game fully and its mechanics and the way certain cards function, you can overcome the RNG.

There is an enormous amount of card synergies and strategies to employ to successfully complete a run and so many combinations to experiment with. The art direction is also truly artistic, with every card, table, and animation wonderfully pixelated, designed, and polished. I'm a sucker for pixel graphics but it's not easy to pull off such a look when its been done so many times. D&DG though stands out among deckbuilders, among pixel graphics, among card games. This is Blackjack reimagined for the most hardcore of deckbuilding and strategy fans.

Do not listen to the bad reviews by people who couldn't play the game for more than an hour because they have low attention spans or not enough patience to actually learn the game mechanics then blame RNG; D&DG is an absolute gem worth experiencing and I've gotten several dozen hours of enjoyment from it.

An intentionally anachronistic setting is fun because it means we can bring to life such silly ideas as "what if the dodgy card counterfeiter in the dungeon had a multifunction scanner/printer"

Have you tried the new update yet?

A 2 panel meme. The left panel depicts a content, even chuffed, looking man and the caption reads "Playing D&DG on March 31st". The right panel depicts the same man but he is visibly glitching (but still content, even chuffed) and the caption reads "Playing D&DG on April 1st".
It refers to the April 1st update to Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers that added a new deck where the player starts with 13x Glitched Cards which visibly glitch in the same manner as the man in the second panel.
