Not a first time & won’t be the last either.

The air quality here in SD-30 is rated “Good” today, so that’s an improvement over “Nope” on Friday and “Ehhh” on Saturday, so it’s a good day to mill about town or read Chapter 6 of the novel you finally lifted off your TBR pile after work Friday because of the aforementioned “nope.“ Either‘s fine.

Yesterday served as the unofficial kickoff of high school graduations in greater PWC and it was special as always to see the seniors celebrated at PACE West in Gainesville. These 8 Class of ‘26 students overcame significant hurdles to complete their K-12 education. Our community is so proud of them.

For each of my three years as a member of the Senate of Virginia, I’ve filed a budget amendment to end the data center sales tax exemption. This year, the Senate adopted it — and one of the PW Digital Gateway developers is citing it and my constituents‘ opposition for abandoning PWDG. Excellent.
