He was just a lovely, genuine person, with a fan-like enthusiasm for BSG in all its forms. I was so elated at getting to spend that time with him that it was only the following day that I realized I had gotten neither a single photo not autograph. But I have that memory. [2/3]

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Richard Hatch, Apollo in the original Battlestar Galactica TV series, and the magnetic Tom Zarek in the reboot. It was at the Las Vegas Star Trek convention in 2008. He was sitting alone at a table, and I got to spend ages chatting to him. [1/3]

I like to think I'm a person of action, not just empty words. I truly wish I could thank all the incredible artists and creatives that brighten my feed by sending them financial support, no matter how meagre, but I rarely can, which is why I share as much as I can.

Why is no one talking about #SpiderNoir? I just watched the first episode (in b&w, of course) and it was stunning!! Nic Cage is the best he's been in years, truly wonderful in a cast filled with wonderful performances! I love Ben's secretary, and that musical interlude...? Wow.

Finished watching Nautilus last night. We loved it! Top notch pulp adventure series! The Nautilus sets were incredible, and the costumes were gorgeous. Loved the steampunk diving suits. It sets up a really fun second season, which it looks like we'll never get.

It would appear some of you connected with my ramblings regarding seeing Project Hail Mary a second time. This is easily my most popular post I've ever made on the socials. Y'all are wild! And so very nice.

I enjoyed it more this time around. I think I was able to just let the movie play and enjoy the emotions and humour and drama. I went with someone who knew NOTHING about it, no book, no trailer, no spoiler. Amaze Amaze Amaze.

It took overcoming several years of procrastination, and accepting that hot glue is perfectly acceptable to finish this off, but I finally finished my 3-in-1 Forbidden series box. Condensed all the components for Forbidden Island, Desert and Sky nearly into the Sky box.
