Third panel on my drawing notebook done Im really enjoying the "make shapes of different sizes and then fill them in" approach to doing these pages. The purple one i may redo/touch up digitally - I like it a whole lot 💜
Second piece done, wanted to have some fun with the colors. Also picked up a couple actual black pens for outlining and a white gel pen for highlights.
Found a cheap dotted notebook and $5 alcohol markers - maybe $10 total. Definitely didn't double-tap my paper more than once to undo a bad stroke 🫠

I really want to do a flash photo style with this piece and im not quite sure its coming across. It feels way too busy - and i havent been able to fix it with either darkening the shadows or keeping it at a lighter contrast. My guess is that my grasp of the shapes is not quite there yet.
