Back from another fab Fieldstudies in Ireland field trip with the 2nd year @ucddublin.bsky.social Geography students! Over 3 days, we explored the physical & human landscapes of the border region focusing on the theme of peripherality to think about the emergence of ‘left behind’ places #geosky

I had such a wonderful time this week at #RGSIBG25 at the @unibirmingham.bsky.social with friends & colleagues old and new. Loved exploring the city, and feeling energized by all the brilliant, creative, challenging, and inspiring discussions over the last few days.

I’ll be joining a fabulous panel of presenters to share some of my PhD data surrounding the spatialities of outness & disclosure - exploring participants' ambivalent & conflicted feelings navigating the liminalities ace (in)visibility. Full session/panel details in the conference programme!
