Dad Life Lvl 43 Love westerns, horror, and adventure stuff. Just here to talk games & more.
Evil Dead Burn was freaking wild yall! Dark, intense, and some insane action/cinematography. Evil Dead just doesn't miss for me. Love how there was a little bit of new lore added to the series as well.
I added to my gaming collection yesterday. I do not know when I will start them, bit I def could use a good faster paced game after I get done in Adventure of Elliot.
I'd like you all to meet the newest addition to the family. Her name is Dakota, she a little over 2 years old. This is a bitter sweet reuniting with my fiancé' as she had her over a year ago, before ultimately had to give her up due to reasons out of her control, but now we have her back forever! 😍
How it feels to be keeping up with the gaming industry news lately...
Finally fnished 1st Chapter. Well done game but def feels like one HUGE prologue to 2nd Chapter. Solid 8 out of 10 game! Excited for the next one!!!
Gaming industry is sort of all over atm but here is some simple thoughts from yours truly:
Went out to Bisbee today for a short visit to eat and check out some antique shops.
Thank you and yes the living room is decked in RE theme.ha.
I appreciate you all thst stick around and continue to elevate this platform and whatnot. Mad appreciation!
Got to meet Bonnie Aarons today at Horror Monger Collectibles in Phoenix, Arziona from The Conjuring Universe's The Nun. She was such a sweet heart, even if the character she portrays is creepy as heck!!!!
Girlfriend made nachos for dinner tonight! Time to dig in nom, nom, nom! 😭
This one legit one of the best years for new announcements, etc and yeah, let them have their "fun" they find elsewhere. Me over here going...
I've come to realize that one major reason I tend to enjoy a LOT of videogames I check out and usually walk away fairly happy even if I don't gell with with it is because I'm more like this with my videogames VS this! I'll keep it that way.
I'm still trying to get over how gruesomely awesome Ill looked. This part had me covering my mouth! Like !@#$!!!!!!
Yesterday I took my gf to a super small town called Portal, AZ. Was a beautiful drive, 4hrs there & back. The food there is fantastic and it's basically the only place to get food (that burger😱). Then we finished up the day with co-op Lego Batman, Legacy of the Dark Knight. What a game!
For those curious on what the movie is about "Detective Collymore, a single divorced father, stumbles upon a mysterious case involving the death of Tiffany, initially deemed natural. Digging deeper, he discovers the horrors of Jitters"
When you finally get a chance to watch @marczammit.bsky.social Jitters and see you face in the movie. Loved it. What an cool, creepy film with a great premise.
Welp me, my gf, and my friend finished Directive 8020 in one sitting with wings and beer for dinner..Solid narrative game. Too much stealth lol. Liked the narrative twist on this one a lot though. 7/10
Dark Divine dropped a new album today. Def has quite a few bangers in here, if you like this genre. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsLm...
Say what you will about this game, but this legit was one of the most insane things to happen in a videogame in the last few years. It still sits in my head rent free. IYKYK.
Mandalorian and Grogu was a ton of fun. Felt very videogamey at times and I don't mean that in a negative way. Had a blast. Exactly the perfect sort of theatre experience and fun, showing we can have films outside the jedi stuff. 8 out of 10!
Ok, I finished the second character I selected in Quartet and man, these situations they put these characters in is fantastic! I'm def hooked on what is going on in this game. Still 2 more character intros to play thru before a turn of events I'm sure! Taking my sweet time.
