Bhoigah night (last night). Not a great picture of the final product, tho
did a tomahawk steak for me and the boy while mom was away. smoked then seared - but while I got the temp to ~130, I forgot to account for carryover cooking and this ended up medium. Still delicious and tender despite my horrific crime 🍽️
