This is James. James loves kids. James also loves teenagers and young adults. The number of times that I've been on a walk and had to say to a gaggle of 20-something dudes "hey so uh my dog is refusing to go further because he wants to say hi, that cool?" So many. So, so many.

Made Alfredo sauce for the first time. It's... really easy. This is dangerous information for me to have.

The good news is that the Bread Spheres came out good despite the Proofing Puffery! Yes we do call these Bread Spheres in my house. It's from a recipe for bread bowls for soup but we often eat on the couch so actual bread bowls are Too Much. So I make the spheres half-size for ripping and dipping.

I was going to make chicken-and-broccoli with some sides but then I realized I didn't have a serving bowl that was both (a) large enough and (b) would keep the chicken-and-broccoli warm so they were separate. Still delicious.
