I was going thru some of my old books & found this from 2009. I wonder how kids feel today surrounded by cameras, AI, & algorithms predicting their next thoughts & actions? This isn’t paranoia anymore. Everything IS watching you. And for the most part, everyone is quiet about it. Does anyone care?

Went to see Trevor Noah & Strombo! This quote shows my takeaway. In Noah’s book, he talks about the importance of how we use language to relate to others. Last night was a powerful example of how to discuss ideas & contentious issues using language that speaks to us as humans, in a non-divisive way.
