Ok, this is from WC 2006 but, I purchased 18 Cat 3 tickets (6 matches for 3 people) for €1400. This included all 3 group matches, round of 16, 1/4 final, and semifinal. Public transport was free or very low cost. Fan fests were free and plentiful.
