Have you read this new Emily Brontë biography? Great sense of place. Lutz does an admirable job of illustrating the time period with her research. And of course, a biography of any one of the Brontë sisters is bound to be a biography of them all to a certain extent.

Ah. Even so, does that mean the first wave of action figures or are you willing to accept later designs (see Cobra Commander images)? What about the original 12” dolls from the 1960s? Is there a place for them? Or only the 3 3/4” action figures from the 1980s?

An Alfred movie based on the Golden Age backup stories that portrayed him as a bumbling wannabe detective. I’d watch it!
Not to be forgotten, there’s also the fully dramatized audio series “Moriarty: The Devil’s Game” starring Dominic Monaghan. Other than all of those examples, a Moriarty-centric story is definitely a “new spin.”

Who can lay claim to the catch phrase “The game’s afoot?” If your answer is Sherlock Holmes, you’re right! And if your answer is Shakespeare, you’re also right! Today being Shakespeare’s birthday, it’s as good a time as any to celebrate the rhetorical bond between the two literary icons.
The movie “Young Sherlock Holmes” contends that its hero developed the world’s first viable flying machine. Of course, that distinction actually belongs to brothers Wilbur and Orville Wright. Wilbur was born on this day in 1867.
DC also has a Grim Ghost. Although I understand his name started out as Gay Ghost until the societal connotations around his descriptor changed

Similarly, I'd love to visit any place connected to Doyle in the northeastern US where I live. The Adirondack cabin where he stayed in 1894 is gone, but I took a pic of the view. The current caretaker extinguished my hopes that a guest book with his signature might still exist
I know Woman of Tomorrow is the anointed title that inspired the forthcoming movie. But if it were up to me, I would have gone with Being Super. I thought it was terrific but I rarely hear any mention of it
