It’s been with heavy heart to announce that Mitch Markovitz, the oil painter behind several fantastic artwork of trains (including toy trains), had tragically passed away due to a sudden heart attack. Rest in peace Mark, and I wanted to wish my condolences to his family for their loss.
Post a cartoon you remember that nobody else remembers Well technically it’s a live action kids show. But with the show’s 20th anniversary this year, it’ll be a good time to post it. Because I used to watch this show a lot as a kid.

Happy 100th Birthday to the legend of movies and acting himself, Mel Brooks! He’s best known for directing some of the most iconic satirical comedy movies like Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, The Producers, Spaceballs and many more. He’s very funny as an actor too.
I mean, we’d literally seen Arthur pulling the express in the music video of the Whistle Song, as shown here in this clip.
What makes Arthur the Burgandy Tank Engine so unique is that he’d broke the stereotype of tank engines being automatically perceived as little engines. Despite being a tank engine, Arthur is no little engine. He’s a big strong engine like the tender engines. Capable of handling tractive effort.
Have you noticed that when you rewatch some of the Percy episodes from Seasons 5 and 6 like Put Upon Percy or Percy’s Chocolate Crunch as an adult, you relate to him because of all the stress you’d been going through at your job. I’m like Percy now at my full time job. Lol
Happy 20th birthday to Cars, a Pixar classic that I’d grew up with a lot from my childhood. Cars is one of those franchises that had shaped my childhood through my love of racing and race cars. Both this movie and the franchise meant a lot to me.

It’s funny how two Thomas episodes had the red balloon pair up with a red engine like James or Skarloey because they’re both wearing the colour red.
When Haunted Henry aired on PBS Kids Sprout, the word “stupid” is censored. However, I don’t remember seeing that on Sprout as a kid. Instead, when I watched the episode on Sprout On Demand, the word stupid isn’t censored and it remained in tact.
