Hey rebane2001,

Saw : "X86CSS – An x86 CPU emulator written in CSS".

Organic hits a ceiling once you've reached the people already searching for what you built. The next tier don't know they need you yet. That's a paid problem.

Last month we set this up for a founder who had been flat for months. Fixed tracking, new landing page for cold traffic, retargeting.

$1,500 in spend. $7,200 in revenue. Month one.

Curious if paid would move the needle for X86CSS? I can tell you in 15 min.

so turns out you can *still* use ublock on chrome if you just inspect element it lmfao

Note: This definition of the pixel unit and the physical units differs from the earlier editions of CSS1 and CSS2. In particular, in previous versions of CSS the pixel unit and the physical units were not related by a fixed ratio: the physical units were always tied to their physical measurements while the pixel unit would vary to most closely match the reference pixel. (This unfortunate change was made because too much existing content relies on the assumption of 96dpi, and breaking that assumption broke the content.)

the setting is supposed to be called "Default zoom" (ff desktop) or "Page zoom" (chrome desktop), because the "Font size" setting is only supposed to change the font size, not the entire page zoom pictured is desktop firefox and chrome with the test and changed "Font size" setting (not what i want)

in firefox mobile you can go in Settings -> Accessibility and use the "Font Size" slider (pic 1) to achieve this though, it sucks for a few reasons: 1. it's global, not per-page 2. it's annoying to get to (vs chrome, pic 2) 3. it is called the wrong thing (this is why i wasnt aware of it until now)

so there's a few things here what i want is the zoom option that desktop browsers and mobile chrome have (pictured) it is a feature that scales up the entire page for a single origin -- now what firefox mobile has turns out to be *somewhat* what i want, though under the wrong verbiage

@staff I really am a supporter of free speech and free expression, but I *really* wish you would ban people posting homosexual pornography on your instance.

Gay pride is not about publishing gay pornography.

And it's especially a real pity because mastodon.social is a big instance and pretty central to the Mastodon corner of the Fediverse.

I really do not want to block your whole instance. But it's a real nuisance trying to Limit those accounts.

If people want to publish pornography of whatever kind, they really should join or create focused instances for that.

Don't we want to cultivate a more "family-friendly" environment that will attract a bigger public?

Uncensored pornography on Free Open Source Software networks is precisely what "Big Tech" points at when they say that only corporate social tools are child-safe. And yet we *know* that it's not the case.

It's already a certain workload moderating a Mastodon instance.

If we don't sandbox pornography, when why don't we allow gore and other offensive content?

I actually did a some six weeks of training as a moderator for Meta, so I do have some personal knowledge of the range of content you could be exposed to if nobody moderates anything.

context is that i wanted to try notion's /html block, but there's no way to just type out html without uploading a file yourself, so i thought i'd just let the agent thing generate a basic html block so that i could continue manually editing the html source from there
