#TrenchArtTuesday #gwg #ww1 Something a bit more exotic - blackened shell case with engraved decoration by Nguyen van Trang of the 18th Battalion Indochinois, part of France's colonial forces, while at Miraumont, Somme. Most men from what is now Vietnam were labourers, but Nguyen was a rifleman.
